I have been a country music fan for about twenty years and just love all types of country music and artists. I kept my love of country music secret to start off with as when I was growing up it was seen as less than cool. Now I'm a country music fan and proud of it and I let everybody know how great country music is at every opportunity. Join me on Saturdays and Sundays at 12 for the best in UK country music in the UK Country Showcase and then at one for Number Ones At One.

My favourite artists include The Dixie Chicks, Keith Urban, Dolly Parton and Billy Currington but, through presenting the UK Country Showcase, I'm finding out more about the latest country music from the UK and discovering new artists from the UK that are becoming my favourites each week.
